Today and last night I had my sleep study. Absolutely horrible, I couldn't fall asleep at all last night, normally, my head hits the pillow and I am out, literally. Head Pillow=Sleep. I can't remember having this much trouble falling asleep since I was like, 10, on Christmas Eve. Wow. So anyway, I would surmise it took about 2 hours for me to fall ( Read more... )
